Chocolate Avocado Mousse


 Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Fresh fruit or whipped cream for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop out the flesh and place it in a blender or food processor.
  2. Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup or honey, almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt to the blender or food processor with the avocado.
  3. Blend or process the mixture until it is completely smooth and creamy.
  4. Divide the chocolate avocado mousse into individual serving dishes or bowls.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Serve with fresh fruit or whipped cream if desired.
